The cricket photos on this site are real club cricket, shot by photographers who shared their work on Wikimedia Commons. The bat photos are the makers' own product photos. No AI-generated images. Photos are cropped, resized and recompressed for the web; each link goes to the original file, its photographer and its full licence.

Photographs

Under the CC BY-SA licences, our cropped and resized versions of these photos are shared under the same licence as the original.

The people in these photos are club cricketers photographed at public matches. They have no connection with Middle & Leg and don't endorse it.

Bat photos

Bat product photos belong to the makers and retailers who published them. We show each bat with the maker's own photos, taken from the maker's product page or, where the maker doesn't list the bat, from a UK shop that sells it. Every bat page credits its photo and links to the page it came from. Photos are resized for the web and otherwise unchanged. If you make or sell one of these bats and want a photo changed or removed, tell us through the makers page and we'll do it straight away.

Data

Bat prices and specs come from each maker's own website, checked by hand. Professional players' bats come from maker team pages, players' editions and match photos. The T20 top 100 uses the ICC men's T20I batting rankings. A player using a bat doesn't mean they endorse Middle & Leg.
